Beef Jerky  - 100 gr

Olives - 100 gr

Cacao nibs or 90%+ dark chocolate - 100 gr

Pickles - 100 gr

Celery sticks ( with cream cheese) - 100 gr + 50 g cream cheese

Cucumbers (with  cream cheese) - 100 gr + 50 g cream cheese

Cherry tomatoes - 100 gr 

String cheese - 100 gr

Pork rinds - 100 gr

Sardines - 100 gr

Slice of cheese with celery, cucumber, radish or wrapped in lettuce - 100 gr

Slice of salami and cheese, rolled together - 100 gr 

Slice of bacon smeared with peanut butter - 100 gr

Nuts

Protein shake isolate (no carbs)

Bulletproof coffee 

Keto hot chocolate – dark cocoa powder, almond or coconut milk, MCT oil, butter, coconut oil


*You can choose 1 or  2 snack ideas and consume one of them between breakfast and lunch (instead of the brunch if you want) . The other one between lunch and dinner. DO NOT have more than 2 snack  meals per day.
